I was browsing vimeo and decided to type in 'asos marketplace'. Fortunately i came across this brilliant video! It really highlights through its use of visuals exactly how the marketplace works and the thoughts behind it, but also how many different media technologies are used within this idea. I found it really really interesting so thought i would share it on here. Also, after todays lesson (which i will be posting about ASAP!) it began to hit me exactly how many of the different ways of access to things like the asos marketplace there really is. Luckily i found the video on youtube also so i was able to post it onto my presentation, however when showing it in school i will not be able to see the video, so thought i would embed the vimeo video on blogger also. Here is hoping it is an interesting for others as it is for me :)

First Presentation

I have chosen to collate information about online fashion store ASOS - it was an instant and easy choice for me as i receive weekly emails and seasonal magazines from themselves. I have 'liked' the facebook group and follow the twitter page, i feel that over the past few years the company have grown with the promotional fashion retail market. There are a great deal of exhibition and distribution methods used, however, i have picked a specific few to talk about on my prezi which is in working progress and will be posted when it is finished, i will then hopefully post a short evaluation on how the research i endure has helped me progress further and produce a successful (or not!) presentation.
